Hey Ron; would love to meet up with you and your family (maybe at Mexxis?) to talk about your India trip -- Erin & I had plans to go a couple of years ago, but they fell through when all of the foreign tourist harassment started becoming a bigger deal.

Safe travels --

I'm available most of the day. I'll be in the Emigrant wilderness after 2pm or so and will have no phone service until late this evening. Leave a mssg. & I'll get back to you. I'm trying to get to the Catahoula coffee meet but my schedule is not my own until Sept. or so. Maybe a few extra bucks to ship?

Hey Mike, I know you waited this long and since you are not able to attend Catahoula, how about if I ship the X-jack to you included in the $100 price. Just PM me your address and I will reply with my Paypal addy.

Or we have a show & tell on traveling to Central America, and India on Aug 30th @ Mexxis. Let me know if you can attend that event and would rather wait till then to check it out.

Your name is on the X-jack so I can hold it as long as needed. Thanks for your patience!

Yesterday at the MORG several people inquired about getting their ham license. Here's the place I got mine from http://www.baears.com/. It's an intensive study and exam in 3-4 hours. The method really works as I didn't study at all prior to going and I passed.

It doesn't look like they have any exams coming up, however, the more people email and request the exam the faster they can put one together.

I saw that class and for some reason thought we were already in October....

I've been wanting to upgrade to the general license so might be there unless I decide to go camping.
