Send me some high res pictures (straight on) from each side and I can work with them. If you include your measuring tape, or just a 1" mark on the panels, I can give you rough dimensions.

So I started the tailgate and getting less done each dark cold night. I have had a few things around here to take care of the past few weeks and I might have less going into this build daily. I wanted more to get done but have no time. Unlike the beginning of this build. Sorry to let you guys down but it's tough in this cold weather.

I drilled holes and made up my own frame. Similar to stock.

Using the hardware from the OEM parts I could find and use I have added them with heavier bolts and nuts which required a few tiny bit bigger holes.

I'm going to slightly change the gate design since I have none of that here and I'm on a budget. This will work just fine for now.

Antonio,
Are you selling your 101 trailer?

I started the rear bumper and front basket this week. Got bigger tires mounted and have a nice rolling trailer at the moment.

Here are a quick few pictures for my fans.

And that's not ALL I did .....

More eye candy. I have some photos issues since I have over loaded my first Photobucket account up and having to switch over to another and loading pictures is a little more fun right now but getting the hang of it.

Posted Image
Posted Image

I built an "A" frame up front but had to adjust it a few times so there are a few extra welds and cuts more than planned.
Nothing a welder and cut-off wheel can't fix.

Posted Image
Posted Image

Next day I went to a local fabricator and asked him to make me some bent tubes for steps.

I predrilled holes in the rear bumper for these tubes to drop in and welded them up. Way easier this way for me.

Now this bumper is placed back on the bed and I can start something else.

I made this basket removable for future add-ons. So a few things need to be done to keep it working properly.

Posted Image
Posted Image

In the rear end of this basket frame is a "V" shaped steel plate that holds the frame down.

Here is a video of what I did so far. Click on the picture here. I had to hold my camera sideways to get a good underside picture so it's kinda a narrow quality which I didn't expect, sorry. And I also noticed all the noises my phone made in the first few seconds of shooting it. But its better you get a video explaining what I'm going for.

Looking good Pedram;) On top of the fender flares, I also have some shocks you can use if you want. I have a front and rear set of OME's (for D2 obviously). The rears only have 1000 or so miles. I used bought them new, and only used them to get to and from work while the 7100's were being rebuilt. The rears are eye to eye and would be easier to mount (I assume) than the fronts which have an inverted "T" and use 2 bolts, with an eye on top.

How long are they? I could use something there with eye to eye. How much you want for them?

So with the help of Brenton and his OME shocks I started to figure out a way to give this thing some legs.

Posted Image
Posted Image
Posted Image
Posted Image

After marking out some lines for the mounting location on my axle I found my way to a grinder and some metal dust.

Posted Image
Posted Image
Posted Image

Getting some welds in was next. Finding a mounting location and going to town.

Next would be the other half and I'll be that much closer to being done.

I did take some time to help Brenton do his shock towers since he did come by with them and some fender flares. Now I have some work ahead of me.

After some Watts linkage and towers I was back to my own and finishing the shocking story for the day.

After it got dark (my favorite time of day) I started the testing and painting.

Sorry I couldn't leave the shocks yellow. I know they are Old Man Emu yellow but this is my build. Anyway. It has drips and runs but I don't care. I never said I'm a painter.
