I read through it & it looks like they are (for a 2 month period annually) extending past their normal military space into the west where Johnson Valley OHV is. The area is 'shared use' -- biggest concern appears to be the potential damage that treaded vehicles can cause but in general Cal4Wheel is supporting the plan.
