I've got a 2002 DII with a sticky ignition lock.  the key goes in smooth enough, but is difficult to get out.  I mean you really have to push in and pull back to get the key out.  Anyone experience this before?  Is there any quick fix or am I looking at a bigger job to replace it?  Thanks in advance.

I'd start with some dry lube like graphite powder for door locks. If you have the factory key fob, be sure the key itself doesn't separate from the fob. It's supposed to, but can be finiky to stay together if it comes apart by force. I think one of my keys was already glued to the fob when I got it.

My D1 is like this; seems to be because the key is coming apart from the fob like Brenton mentioned.  Since it's pretty much a parts truck anyway I haven't bothered to mess with it to see if there's anything I can do to improve it.

Mine was like that and the graphite powder really helped.

Thanks for the ideas, I will try the graphite and also try the non-fob key that I have, hopefully that will do the trick.
