Can't be worse that when I told my boss "go tit!" instead of "got it!".... *she* took it well :D

Design looks great. From my experience the mounts for a stock bumper will be inadequate to support a well built frequently used heavy duty bumper. Be sure you include some redesign for those to your new setup as well.

Great feed back! Yeah planning on additional mounting supports for the quarter panel area and main connections to rear chassis.

Been a while doing other stuff. Back at it with bumper build. A couple of photos of the progress.
Designed everything in cad then ran it through the water jet. Was a lot of fun!!! Then bent the assembly by hand. Took about 90 min. To get to to the last photo. Gonna have to do a lot of welding and grinding😀

Here's a mock up shot. Didn't, have tall enough blocks to prop it in place😀. Angle of the shot is pretty bad but you get the point, don't have one of those selfie sticks😀

Good to see this is back on track.

First CAD. Now water jets and benders. Geez, I'm feeling pretty stone age over here.

Thanks Don!! Finally getting back to work on this project, work has been crazy the past months!! Ya, waterjet was a plus, tech shop had a special so I joined and took some classes. They didn't have a press break heavy duty enough for 3/16 so I just left some tabs and used some big-old adjustable wrench Easy enough to bend with a 1/4" tabs. Downside is I have to weld all the joints
