Okay another minor modification question on my part and maybe a lame topic but here goes.  No matter what blades I put on my D2 the wiper action is always terrible.  I've tried rain-x  treatment on the windshield and "higher quality" blades to no better result.  I was thinking what if I replaced the springs in the wiper arms with something heavier duty so they'd press onto the windshield better?   Any ideas or anyone come up with anything?

Replace the D2 wiper arms with D1 wiper arms. Easy peasy bolt on, common swap.

Jeez - should have done a little more internet sleuthing myself.  Atlantic British sells the kit and has an instructional video (the video by the way says, unbolt, bolt on, that's it - wow, really feel silly).

I like the mod. My wiper blades and arms were all messed up - now I have a new plan.
