Are they of any popular use in off roading? If not I'm keeping my 18s and junking the 19s

 By junking do you mean selling them? I'm sure you could at least get a few bucks for them.

There is an extremely limited tire selection for 19s and they are not popular for off road use where you want more sidewall and less wheel height.  They don't bring a lot on the used market but you can generally get some money for them on craigslist or ebay.  You will have a hard time finding interest in the off road forums.
